Applicants must qualify on the basis of gross annual income with relation to family size. Rental rates listed here are approximates. Pike Run Affordable consists of 210 luxury apartments which are available to qualified applicants under the state's affordable housing guidelines. Each of these 1, 2 and 3 bedroom affordable apartments offer a modern kitchen complete with refrigerator, dishwasher and gas stove. You also have the added convenience of a washer and dryer in each apartment. Pike Runs incredible recreational facilities are available for use at no extra cost. They include 4 tennis courts, an indoor basketball/ volleyball court, a resort style swimming pool, an elegant clubhouse, exercise room and fitness center.
